[Error Code] Minolta c451 error code c-3b02

I tryed to reset fuser unit on my C451 machine. i changed fusible to same new one 0,062A (1/16 ALF).
when i resar machine, error code C-3B02 appear and machine don't work.
Can any one help me please?

Replace the IH Power supply, it will solve your problem... Page 71 Item 5 from the parts manual.

Do you mean a fuser reset fuse was used? Maybe that caused the problem. It can be the IHPU board and rarely it can even be the fusing unit self(possible, even likely, in your case). Other tech's have had the coil unit cause this but never seen that fail myself. Normally, it's a fuse on the IHPU board that burns out. Most tech's replace the coil and IHPU as a set.....I for one, do not. Start with the IHPU.

from your post im under the impression the machine was working fine and you tried to reset the fusing unit life and since then got the error.

i would try what you should of done in the first place - install a new fusing unit, reset the error and try again, hoping you havent caused additional dammage.

If the error returns you will need to replace the IHPU as already stated.

Very expensive way to try and save money

Replace IHPU, or try to fixe it.

today, with tech , we check IH it seem ok. we test fuse it's burn, replace new one but also burn and the same code error.
we will try to install new fuser unit to find error from fusing unit or from IH.

I read in many post that we shoold install fuse less than 0,08A to not burn IH. So i installed the same origin fuse with the same reference number. On trooble shooting book, c-3B02 code is related to IH unit (CPU). it recommand to check in order
1- fuser unit.
2- coil unit
3- IHPU card.
4- other card...

The solution for me was to replace

Coil unit
IHPU card

For the record it is a bit of a gamble replacing a fuse to reset the fuser or transfer. It is much safer to simply upgrade the firmware then disable the life stop in service mode.
