Need a better description of your problem. Exactly what kind of memory issues? Did you install the mount kit(mk-706...I think) & speaker & installed the memory on the mfp board and set the correct marketing area? Did you enable the fax in service mode under option board? Are you getting an error code or just a message when faxing? (If so.....what is the message)

just remember..A C250 fax problem for us is old news..in some areas the C250 might be state of the art...
