C 6500 controller settings for banner?

I am unable to get fit to paper 13-46 size banner print, I have installed ic304v2.1rj_pt_Banner print and also changed the controller settings but still unable get the fit to paper image! The controller used is Ikon powerpro(Creo).can i get help on this problem. thanku
