My service tehnician tell me that I must reset imaging unit to resolve this problem, but didn´t tell me how to do this?
Any manual?

The code has nothing to do with the imaging units. How many copies the machine did?

you need a device to reset it. anyway, you don't really need it. from copier software, you can tell it to go further even if the life on the IU has ended.
