Bizhub 751 banding issue

Our 751 is giving a single half inch black band across the page. print or scan we get the same band. The developer is admittedly overdue to be replaced but I don't believe it would cause this type of issue.

I've checked the drum, charge unit, web and fuser and all appear to be just fine so I was wondering if anyone had any more insight?

Make sure the charge cleaner is in proper position.

He did say "scanned" right? Then the engine has nothing to do with your problem.......

Take the platen off and clean the white strip underneath the glass. This might solve the problem. I would also look at the mirrors as well.
