    Konica 7055 f-36-2 HELP!!

Good day masters. My Konica 7055 machine is having an error code of F36-2, which is I believe a temperature problem on the fuser unit.. and what I did is reset those codes to 0, in 25 mode software switch. I power-on my copier then it will just warm up for a few minutes and there goes the error code again...When i checked it back to 25mode software switch, the 3-1,3-2,3-4 are all set to 0 except for the 3-3 which rolled back.. HELP please.. could it be the thermistor?

Your fusing unit is not reaching temp in time. Check continuity on your heat lamps (upper and lower), and your thermostats. It could be a faulty thermistor as well.

After resetting latching code, power machine with door open and watch if fusing lamps are lighting behind front cover on fuser... if not press down gently on green fuser release lever and see if they then light up. (common on these machines)

Is the fuser turning on at all? If it is clear the code and then enter the 3-6 mode. Cheat the front door interlock. If the lamps are on you have a bad power supply. The lamps should be off in the service mode.
