suggest technicians actually check the tcr level of the yellow imaging unit to see if its within specification and determine if the machine is adding yellow toner and if not, why. Changing imaging units after 15 pages is utterly ridiculous.
Also ensure the ozone suction system is not clogged with toner - stagnant ozone decreases drum sensitivity.
