Konica Bizhub C352 Touch Screen non-responsive

    Hi guys,

I have been searching for similar touchscreen issue posts and have noticed quite a few has experience the same issues. My problem is that I have downloaded the manual and looked online for any removal posts but unable to locate anything.

Also, I have another Bizhub C250 sitting around with a good panel and was wondering if both parts are interchangeable? they both look identical? is this something I can just swap out relatively easy enough without programming?

    Thanks for the help!

According to Hans, yes, they're the same:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank You Black Cat! By chance where can I find the breakdown manual for the C250? I looked at it and although it doesn't seem to difficult I don't want to take chances and rip anything out.

      Appreciate it!

      thanks!
