I have a 500 with a C3201 code. I replaced the Fuser motor and the code went away, but it came back. Checked all connections from fuser to board. Has anyone have this problem?

Hi, thanks for reply.
When this model hits 350,000 to 450,000 the fuser drive gears (on the main frame)chew out. There is a mod for this depending on the serial number. Keep an eye on the small silver bearing. It collapses, and the shaft also wears out.Comment

Thats funny Im running across the same problem with my c6500's . I saw the tech pubs on it and now I have to order the updated gears and the oneway gears (3).Comment

sure thing TATA, I found out if you replace 3 of the one way gears it fixes the code and much more. one clue is if you look at the shafts they are dark brown turning to blue . Hot huhComment
