    biz hub web log in message

    when i log in on the web on this machine it say's " admin already logged in"???? ive never had this msg nor is anybody else logged in!!???
    any ideas? all i get is a blank screen and this message.
    when i log in under public user, it does what its supposed to do.. show me the machine and the conditions...

      It may have to do with the browser you are using? I had an issue with IE and had to change something in the settings.....if I can remember or find it I'll post it but that is where I would start looking.

          Yep likely a browser issue. Try something else like Firefox. Everytime there is an issue with a web interface it is always something with the browser or java. Java reeks havoc on the fiery configuration pages.

              all good references,
              but,
              i had to take this machine to the shop for the death error 2803... replaced the machine with another bizhub 501, loaner ricoh mp3350 didnt have this prob nor did the original bh501..
              strange, but they are scanning and printing ok so its just my question.
