Hi Guys, I know there is a kit to rebuild the Fuser Unit that has Rollers, Gears, Belt and colors etc. Please kindly give me the Part number to order and if some one know the list of the parts this Kit has. Sincere Regards in advance.

Don't know of any kit to rebuild fuser. There is a 100k and 200 k kit for that includes trans. Belt and rollers, etc. I believe all parts need to be ordered separately.

why do you want to rebuild?

run till fail...

replace belt when you see imperfections or marks....


I have 2 fusers for 3 machines, we run the crap out of them...

even the lower roller which is in the PM kit, we wait until there are failure or image issues.


Gears can last millions...

what is the problem...

I'm not aware of any fuser kit either, possibly third party like Katun makes one. The only thing I replace as a set would be the belt and upper roller, otherwise it's pretty much peicemeal

are you thinking of the top half of the fuser is avaialble as a part, UPPER roller, Belt, Drive Roller, Bearings, Bushings, Clips...

It was made for upgrading the C6500 to the C6501 upgraded part, i see them on ebay once in a while, if you ask me you can rebuild for alot less.

It was made for upgrading the C6500 to the C6501 upgraded part, i see them on ebay once in a while, if you ask me you can rebuild for alot less.

I believe this is what I remember as well. An Upgrade Fuser Kit. I also do the same suggested by other fellows to use the max of the Belts and Rollers etc. but his client heard about it and want to have it in stock to have it replaced when the imperfections appear. Any help for the Part number for this Upgrade Kit please and if possible list of parts this kit includes. Thanks again.
