Hello Guys
really struggling with a C554 thats jamming j99-01 and j32-05 every few copies, its on latest firmware and is doing it from all trays....anybody have any ideas

Jam code 99-01 may be indicated

When Image Stabilization is performed on a machine that the [Image Stabilization Setting] is set to [Black Priority] from [Standard].

Note : [Service Mode] g [System 2] g [Image Stabilization Setting]

[Standard] (default setting), [Color Priority] or [Black Priority] can also be selected.

When feeding from the PC-410.

During a paper feed retry.

Are you using Fiery as well ? `Either way a Printer controller indicates that the job has been stopped due to differentiation in paper size or weight.
