      Can also happen if the counters are not cleared on PM.Messes up aging..

        I have multiple BZ 600's in the field. Please wait is always a dirty, or faulty toner control sensor board.

            every single time i've had this issue its been dirty / failed drum sensors.

            A clean machine is a happy machine (A tall order on these things if they're using shit paper)

              the same thing happened with me in bizhub 600 after intalling new drum . machines goes on warming up for long time time

                  no need of to change any firmware and drum.

                  i have 200% correct formula for this copier (biz600/750/ di7210/7272). no toner on corona, no warming up, pleasewait.

                    Then why don't you post it here? It's not like its some big trade secret any more. Those boxes are old as the hills, most people just want to fix the damned things and move on to the next call.

                          1.) Clean the sensors extremely well in the drum carriage.

                          2.) Ensure that the developer is not extremely worn.

                          3.)take front fusing unit plastic cover off, cheat front doors, and ensure lamps are running
