I have a problem with a DF-613 jamming after the paper exits the doc feed. Indicates paper is still in doc feed. You can lift the cover and if resets the jam. The next copy will continue jamming. I have replaced the feed tires and cleaned all the sensors. All sensors show a change of state. I even replaced the doc feed control board. Any ideas?

If it were me, I'd first find out what the jam code is. Then I'd look it up in my manual. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It jams after one sheet? If so, is there only one sheet?
when a DF jams after one sheet, it's usually the paper detect sensor. it's thinking theres still more paper there to feed, check the detect actuator
if it happens with a stack of originals...on this model i would replace the reg one way. same as 200-250-350-420-500-501-421 etc etc
in other words it's usually never the sensors...dare i say or never the roller..Comment
