    BIZHUB 750 ERROR C3502-3

    Hi Guys
    I have my bizhub 750 wich is showing error c3502,3503 i have tried to resert it but still apears,the amchine does all the warm up process and then apears this code,so please does any one knows what it could be,please help.

      You've probably got something wrong on your fusing unit - check the lamps, the thermistors, the thermostats and the connections.

              Try with cleaning of the rear side thermistor TH2 ( which is in contact with fuser roller). If not help - replace it. This solved my c-3503.
