    1050e dog-eared

    hello,

    I have this copier 1050e who gives me dog-eared on 2-sides in finisher Fs503 when I print in main tray -one side is OK. I have also PB501, SD501 in configuration. Thanks

      It sounds like the dog ear is occuring in adu somewhere and not the FS. Does the dog ear happen if you select face up on 1 sided? What happens if you select face down on 1 sided, does it happen there? Does this happen on all size of paper and regardless of paper orientation? My guess is that you either have some torn piece of paper in the adu or one of the guides in the adu has a burr in it.
