I am having this image problem on a c451. It only shows up on the front side of a 2 sided copy. Single sided copies are perfect. It also doesn't happen all the time either. If I print in single color, say all red, it still will show up in black. Another tech looked at it and said it was dumping toner so, he cleaned it and vacuumed everything and called it fixed. Lasted a month. The IU is clean and cannot see any excess toner. I tried to change the secondary transfer roller setting to no avail. I have attached a pic for you conveinience20130919_150955.jpg
