Hi fuser noise from c452c552c series someboday found something ,we keep changing unit and Konicaminolta don t have a difinitive solution

I'm pretty sure there is a tech bulletin on what and where to lube.

Yes they have i nice tech bulletins ,about 20 pages ,but dont work ,noise always come back

It wouldn't happen to be quietly knocking while it's idle would it?

check the drive unit. They used shafts that allow too much play and this causes them to squeak. You need some very thing washers to add to the shafts so they have no "in/out" play. Takes about an hour to remove the assembly. clean it and put it back. I have seen the bearings on the fuser rollers fail very quickly (less then 10k copies) as well.
