KM bizhub c500 or Ikon cpp 500 calibration issue

Hi All,
Any help is helpful, I did an auto registration color calibration in 36 mode. I restarted my machine and started my standard operating procedure by starting a off the glass calibration chart and I got this.

I did not get any errors whatsoever. I tried cleaning the machine inside. I used a air compressor and blow out any dust on the color registration board and did also did a bunch of resets in 36 mode. Any one experience this issue?
Again, any help is much appreciative.
