[Jamming] Bizhub 501 paper jamming in registration area

Hi,

I'm facing the jamming problem in Bizhub 501. problem area registration clutch.

what i done, I checked registration clutch it is ok registration sensor also ok


secondly i checked the PRCB board it is ok, checked the OACB board also but problem is not rectify,

is anyway to solve the problem

I don't know what you mean by checked clutch?!? These clutches are known problems. There are two different ones right there. Change them both while you have it apart.

I opened the side door and the clutch did not fall out, there is a registration sensor in the place I think it's supposed to be, I didn't see any smoke pouring from the PRCB or OACB so they should be OK also. It must be a piece of crap machine that can't run a single piece of paper and needs to be replaced, not my troubleshooting skills. Emujo

What jam code/codes are you getting?

Jam codes?? There are two clutches there, Did you replace both? Are the rollers turning?

yeah, if you copy single is okay and if you copy double sided and jammed at registration roller, right?
you need to check and give some oil at (26NA 2024 2) SEPARATE GUIDE PLATE. if still same of course you need to change registration clutch (57AA 8203 0) CONVEYANCE DRIVE CLUTCH.
