Bizhub C352 error S-1

Hi!

1. Recently my Bizhub C352 shows an error code 'S-1'. In the manual it says 'It is detected that the CCD clamp gain adjustment value is faulty'.
I tried re-plugging the clamps, but the error persists.


2. Also, when copying a large rectangle appears in the center of the paper, covering the image. (see attached photo)

Please, give me an advice or a hit that might help me with these issues.

I unplugged the clams, I verified the clams and tapes, I re-plugged them and now it displays this error code 'C-9401'.
The lamp neither moves or lights up.
Do you think when unplugging I somehow damaged the tape connected to it or should I check something else?

replug in the ribbon cable , clean the optics and lasers, run initial setup if this doesn't fix it call in a certified tech.

thanks.... I found out that the ribbon was defective.
Can anyone help me with a spare ribbon cable ?
I will pay for it.
