magicolor 4750 sevice call 0094

hello

I have a problem on a magicolor 4750(which seems to have the same engine of the C25).this printer is marking' sevice call 0094 xfer detach 2' after the first printout .the manual indicates that the IDC sensor shutter is open.can somebody give me some help because I am a little bit green on this model.
