    [Error Code] Bizhub C 250

    Hi all Ricoh trained engineer looking for a wee pointer on a c 250 it has an error code C5102 on it, checked the manual said its the motor could anyone let me know which one and where its located, i have a old 253 is it the same

    The code corresponds to the main motor M1. It's located in the back right of the machine, under the boards. Which manual have you got? The disassembly procedure should be in there.

    Not sure if its the same motor that's in a c253 tho.

    Edit - It's not the same motor as the 253

            I can do that job with my eyes closed. 45 minutes from "hello" to walking out the door.
            I think every single C250 we sold has done this at least once.
            First time is a bit daunting, but it gets easier after you have done it 30 or 40 times.

              Yes I agree, easy to swap out, when you get the motor off you will see the bearing inside has failed, make sure you order the correct motor, there are about 3 in the back they all look the same but are different
