the customer is using low quality paper, this must be addressed.

every single 4 series will do this if poor quality paper is used.

Hi, the customer is using 80g normal paper. we tested that paper on a C652 that is standing next to the C654 machine, working ok. even on 120g,160g gloss and bond paper the machine is making the white spots

There is a KM bulletin for this issue on the C654

Search KM website for "starry effect (white dots) on reverse side "

        Cause
Auto mode for 2nd transfer isn't very good
Changing off auto has shown some good results for me

There is also SW setting changes in Bulletin
but I havnt needed to use them yet

Sorry I don't have the Bulletin number

I have this problem with C754e
In one-side every thing is OK, but when I print two-side, the first side (which is printed last) is with little dots.
I have tested on PaperOne and DoubleA papers, the same results

Re: C654 with white spots on 2nd side

                Hi all
I have got the same issue.
Machine worked fine until a brand new transfer belt was replaced, tried another new belt but no luck.
I have followed and applied all the above mentioned settings, the paper quality is decent.
Have the material quality that KM are using on the belts
                nowdays gone down/cheap?.

                Thanks
                Brett
