[Error Code] Bizhub C220 - Paper jammed at area 13 when poweed ON

While printing job was on, one sticker paper got jammed at fuser assy. Paper was removed by Customer bot machine still shows Paper jammed at area 13. Also bypass tray remains in lift position.
Action taken
checked all sensors and rollers for any paper/piece left.
Cleaned Fuser Assy.
Delete all pending Jobs.
Error reset through bootup utility counter mode.
Check paper jam counter which displayed 9901 code.
All data reset in service mode - system 1 option.
(No change in machine display)
9901 is controller stop due to unmatched paper size.

there is a firmware update to fix false 9901 codes. However check tear machine apart as there is a label stuck some where .
