Ensure that you don't have tray 4 selected as "special", and it's an automatically available tray. User settings, paper tray settings. Emujo

We have a customer that has a bizhub C451 that wants the incoming faxes to pull from tray 4 (has yellow paper) only. It helps to identify the faxes quickly after printed I guess. We changed the "Reports" to tray 4 under fax setup, makes no difference. Any Ideas?
