C353 Fuser

Hi,

I'm getting a message that the fuser unit needs to be changed soon. Should I change it, or is there a way to extend its lifespan?

There is, but it requires special firmware only authorized techs can obtain and load.

I'd hate for you to replace it because this fuser is one of the few fusers Konica built well, it should last 2-3 life cycles.
