Konica Minolta C20 - stuck in warm up phase

    hi all,

I have a client with a C20 that has seen minimal use over the years, and I have replaced the fuser 2 weeks ago.
the fuser was replaced due to a deformed lower press roller, really deformed due to sitting for a year or so unused.
the machine is constantly saying it is warming up, it does come to ready some times.
I have checked the KM site to see if there was a firmware update for this issue, but was unable to locate anything.
my final thought would be that the new fuser unit is defective, any other suggestions would be greatly apprecited.

    thank you

If you replaced the fuser as an assembly, yeah, sounds like the fuser unit is bad.
