C452 Lines across copies after power surge

Hi all
I have a C452 thats iam trying to recover after a power surge
ive got it back up and running but have a problem when copying
iam getting cyan or magenta lines across the image only when copying from glass or adf
the fault is not on any prints
when i got it powering back up the nvram was scrambled i followed the recovery routine using the recovery tool
and have it all running apart from this fault
im just wondering if some of the nvram data is still corrupt
or if it could be a ccd fault
any ideas?

Will do full new install routine and let you know if that sorts it
