[CQ] C650 IU CYAN PROBLEM

Hello. I have problems with IU CYAN. The costumer buy a new one IU Cyan because the old IU was loosing developer.And change too the IU MAGENTA and IU YELLOW The IU BLACK have 30000 copies I put the new one and print 500 copies and again lost the developer more or less 10 cm of the magnetic roller of the IU CYAN. I filled it again with developer of other unit, and work for 500 copies again. I clean all the contacts but i still have the problem. Today i visit the client with the same problem on the IU CYAN. The other IU are working good. THANKS

Sounds like a voltage problem. Check the output of the high voltage unit and check the contacts for cyan by the board.

Yeah sounds like maybe HV/2
