    C-451 Solid Colors Background

    Hi. We have a C-451 in the workshop with heavy background of all colors. Up to now i have replaced Printer PCB Board, HV1, HV2, and Power Supply. Please see attached image of the problem.

      can't open the image, but have you tried removing, then shaking the image units and re-installing. Has cleared up individual colors backgrounding for me more than once.

        i had the same problem last mounth on a konica minolta c550 . u have to change the MFP board (board on the lift side with the NVRAM)

          What's that image supposed to look like? Try an example that we're familiar with, like a configuration page, or the demo print with the little yellow birdie. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
