[Error Code] Error code Oce CS650 / KN CS6500 - code C-0213

I read a topic of this error code, but it didn't solve my problem.
The machine still falls back in thous error code after printing one sheet.
We have switched the complete fuser for an other one.
Is it possible that the issue is somewhere else in the machine?

Hi,
Your issue is with the "Paper Exit Unit" not the fusing unit. There are two one way gears that slip that will cause this error. Remove the finisher, remove the left side panel, remove the paper exit unit, replace the two gears.
