    Konica Minolta C 353 Fuser Roller Issue

    I have a issue, My Fuser Unit Fuser roller got Damaged, what might cause this problem, any body help me, image is attached in this

    Ouch, there is an updated firmware for temp to help avoid damage to the fuser. Also, make sure sleep mode is enabled.

        Time makes this - this is known issue with machines or fusing units kept unused for a long time (year or so).

          all of the Konica business line is not made to be READY to use at all times. I would set it to SLEEP after 3 minutes, so that it powers off, they all warm up so fast, that cost of parts is not worth that few seconds it takes to wake up...

          in fact some of the newer ones have motion sensors so when your walking up to it you can set it to make (C554 series)...


          change fuser
          set lowpower to 1 minute, sleep to 5 minutes.
          or less...

          should last longer...
