Try launching service mode through trouble reset, then attempting to get into ISW. If you are missing (or different model) firmware on the main bd, the MFP is probably locking up during the boot process. Emujo

Does it freeze only when going to System 2 or all screens?

@Emujo: I allready tried this there is the same problem.

@Synaux: all the screen is frozzen from the bottom maschine to ADF.
Curious is that i can open the other menues with "stop - 0 - C" or "stop - 9" in this menues i have no problems.

Will the machine operate outside of Service Mode?
Silly question: are you certain you got the the correct PCB?

Check the memory.
If memory is good, start by uninstalling all peripherals.
