konica 7222 f-23-1 error code

hi i have a konica 7222 with a 23-1 error code. i thought 23 code was toner motor and since i had one with me i cahanged it. still f23-1 code. i was able to get on internet at customers and found something that said it was pcl connector. i had a charge corona with lamp so i changed that and still have 23-1. our computer is down at shop so i cant look up manual as we have it down loaded on computer. if it is a pcl issue i probably need to replace drum frame that has wiring and connector on it. any ideas would be appreciated. if someone knows what 23-1 is for sure and can set me straight that would be great. thank you!!

I have to ask.... you are plugging in the 2 pin connector at front ??

You can cheat the side door and see if it is lighting.

look at the front hinge point of the ts /xfer unit, where it attaches to the frame. the wire there is known to fray and take supply voltage down.

#51 in 47 mode is for lighting the PCL (must cheat ADU door interlock)

You may have an open ICP on the PRCB.
