    C6500- NV RAM Problem procedure required!

    Hi guy's,

    During an upgrade (V27 to version 30) the machine was locked, after 40 mn without effect on engine I stopped by the hard On/Off. but when I switched ON the engine nothing append! (black screen, without any image, real black out !!).

    We change some boards (OACB / PRCB), the problem is the NV RAM.

    Is someone knows how manage this problem (restore NV RAM, change or any other idea?)

      What basically happened is that the firmware was corrupted when you turned off the machine. What you need to do is to reflash the machine. I have attached a document that tells you the ways to reflash with machine in that state.

          We reinstall the software into the machine by USB connection and ISWTRNS.
