    C200 Not Scanning !!

    Hi Guys,

    I am currently pulling my hair out with regards to scanning on a C200, or Ineo+200.

    Scan to folder was working and now doesn't. Have tried everything that I can think of from checking passwords, folder/sharing/Security permissions, Firewall settings and even latest firmware, all with no success.
    Customer is running windows 8, and server 2008. According to them nothing has changed.
    I might add that scan to email doesn't work either and i have linked my laptop up directly to scan and still no good.
    On Copier, under job list its says the status is suck on 'waiting'.
    Looked in service mode and tried system error clear and activity clear.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Are you unable to fax, scan, or use User Boxes? User Box and Fax/Scan buttons only double-beep? One-Touch User Box Registration button is absent from Utility/Counter menu?

    Does it have a hard drive? If yes, make sure that the hard drive is Set.

    Go ahead and ask: "... gee, why was it Unset in the first place?" I don't have a clue, but you'll find it that way.
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
