Just replace the fuse in the fuser unit, can get them from Maplins etc, small quick blow 800ma type.

Thanks but this fuser is not reset by fuse. We have fitted the maintenance kit which includes a new fuser unit.

Yes, obviously the best way to reset the fuser message is to replace the fuser unit! However most posts on here are from end users trying to save money so just replacing the fuse costs pence rather than $$$$ on a maintenance kit.

Svc mode ----> Supplies -----> Life counter clear -----> Fuser
