Win 7 64 bit computer.
I downloaded win 7 64 bit GDI/Twain driver. It is printing fine but when I try to scan using the win7 built in fax/scan utility message comes up, "no device connected or found". How can I get this to scan? The customer knows this will only do pull scanning. Manual is no help. Thank You
