    Bizhub C364e - 0X9CE1 (detailed Erorr Code)

Client phoned in that machine is making Zapping noise ( A.e. similar to the fly killer ) Machine works fine to my knowledge, was there only a week ago to flash it with SSDB Firmware v.6.03, no noise then, during update of SSDB firmware.
Machine is currently running on mass production firmware A5C10Y0-0100-G20-63.

0X9CE1 = haven't found this code in manual.

Any suggestions before I make my way to a 200mile trip. Just want to come with loaded guns.

    I am thinking :
    System Error Clear
    Data Clear
    HDD format
Re-Flash with latest Mass-Production and plus which ever Special firmware there is available.
    Memory Dimms
    MFPWB

Just concerned with that zapping noise every 10-20 seconds. Power supply or HV?
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

Not on this model, but I've seen noisy power supplies before, can't remember the model or make. It was either a continuous buzzing like white noise, or a snapping sound at intervals. We replaced a few power supplies. The thing was that you never knew whether the new power supply would be any quieter than the old one. It was a 50/50 proposition. All of them functioned properly as far as I know, they were just noisy. And it was not a function of age or usage.

    I don't know if that's any help. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Thanks BlackCat

I have just now managed to find a "Solution" relevant bulletin: TNEU1400031EN
The detail code 09xCE1 detects when low voltage condition continues more than 2
      seconds.!

Apparently there is a power fluctuation on the clients power network so I think, I'll ask them to ditch the RCD on the socket that meant to protect the machine first and get them to check their PWR supply sockets.

      or

They just flip the power switch without proper shut down

      or

Cleaner unplugs the copier and plugs her Henry in. most likely!!

I hope I'm not being too picky, habik: Is it 0x9CE1 or 09xCE1?

They must have had a typo in bulletin as I've copied it from there

The intermittent buzzing noise is likely to come from the power supply, and is eliminated with latest firmware release. Bug fix.
