    [Dead] C8000 C-2721

    Good evening everyone!

    Anyone dealt with 2721 code with this model?
    I've read the books but im kinda stuck since i have little experience with this model.
    Can anyone help as to what may have caused it or hot to get rid of it?

    I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.

      Hi,
      The code relates to an error in your second transfer Seperation Neutralising corona.
      Replacing that might be a good start.
