    C353 Reset Nic?

    Do you know the procedure to wipe the NIC (reset completely) on the Bizhub C353? We have one acting up and think that maybe reseting it will help.

      Yes,with A02E0Y0-F000-GCQ-J8(00),this is the NV-Ram recovery card.
