    Bizhub c450 c-fb52 ???

    Never saw this one! What's causing a c-fb52?

    we can print just fine but try to copy and up pops error !

    tried unplug adf and still get error even when copy off glass.


    Help!

      Bent pin in the adf or scanner connectors is the only time I've seen that code and that was my problem/solution. Only seen it the one time.

      Check your connectors on your boards and good luck.

          To us the same thing happened to us, and we had to change the Copier Board (PWB-CF).
