Konica Minolta Bizhup C350 - blurred prints and copies

Hi

I have C350 with total 111.000 prints and copies with first drums,... and when customer take copies or print all prints are blurred. All colors.
Any ideas? Thanks and best regards.

You have answered your own question, the machine still has all the original drums!?

First thing I'd do would be to remove the image units and clean the LEDs using an alcohol cleaner(IPA etc). Then see what your prints are like. If they are still no good, then change the units....
