12pt gloss about 270gsm, only on second side trail edge transfer is poor. Some sheets come out good but most have the issue, anybody run into this?

Check firmware, i think they just released one to fiz this issue.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.
They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.Comment

Try this settings:- Lead Edge Erase = 0.
- CPM = Down
- Thick BK Mode = On
- Fusing Air = Max 7
- Hard Paper = On

Is it flip? Heavy glossy media like 270gsm will sometimes curl on the first pass through the fuser. On the second pass the curled trailing edge pulls away from the transfer belt before the image is fully transferred. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

you have to adjust the transfer in operator mode
goto the "process adjust" at the tray you have that issue and look to the menu ...go to tranfer adjust TRAIL edgeComment
