    C351 card reader

    Client has a c351 and last company installed a card reader but it is not working. Is there something in tech mode we need to turn on?

      service mode > billing mode > turn on vendot mode that matches card reader.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Normally when installing a card reader you have to install a loadable driver that is designed to work with your type of card reader and your model copier. You reboot then change settings in billing mode as Mr Spock said then reboot again.

          Loadable drivers are located in the one stop product shop on the Konica Minolta website for techs only.

              There is nothing called billing mode in swrvice mode anywhere

                  Billing mode is in a different level of service mode. As soon as you get into service mode press "Stop 9"
