I'll start off by introducing myself, seeing as this is my first post. I'm Joseph, an end user for a direct mail marketing company.
We handle all of the maintenance in house, except things I cannot figure out.
We recently placed a service call for C-2211, c-2214 and c-4520. When the technician arrived and opened up the printer he immediately commented that the colors of the toner were off, and did not look like OEM colors from Konica. He said we would need to clean out all the bad toner, replace the DV units and drums, because of this. Before the C-22** codes, we receive the c-4520 a lot, he said this was because of the toner being off. The printer has only 175k clicks.
Has anyone run into issues like this? I spoke to our consumables vendor and they assured us this is genuine toner from Konica.
