[CQ] Bizhub C224e Deformed colors-registration

I have 2 machines confirmed doing this very strange problem from start of installation. One have 25 k and other 54k copes. It's getting worst and more often. Machines are installed roughly 10 months ago.

This issue it's not constant and it will appear randomly. Reports i got is that is happen most on larger paper sizes A3,SRA3. It happens when machine is printing lets say 100 pages. This problem will appear from page 50 to page 70 but it can happen from page 1 to page 100. It's totaly random. But most it happens when user replenishes paper in the middle of print yob, again randomly.

I tried on bout machines:

All firmwares from g20.42 to g20.C8
Tried SSD fix firmware ( i know it's not related but what the heck )

Tried to format drive and start from g20.41 but didn't test machine yet

What program is this being printed from? Try to save as a PDF and try the print job.
Which driver are you using? PCL, PS?

Looka like the sort of output you get with a duff MFP Board.

I have had a failing printhead cause problems like this. Check for printhead codes in service mode.

One machine is using PS and another PCL, at least 90% of time.
I updated drivers whit newer version but didn't help in both cases.

Mainly Corel draw x5-x6 ver. and PS and ilustrator. Will ask costumers if they remember what program was from this 3 when problem appeared.

Will check for lasers codes and report back in monday

I faced similar problem in C360, wherein there was flat cable at PH control board was defective.

E4 firmware is the latest and has mentioned in the list of fixes colour registration drift. Sorry, cannot look at samples at present, but i know c8 firmware is old.
