    Fax Reception issue in Konica Minolta C421

    Dear All

    I am facing Fax Reception problem in Konica Minolta BizHub C421
    I can send fax but couldn't receive any fax.
    If I connected the fax line to a dedicated simple fax machine there is no issue in fax TX or RX.
    But when the fax line connected to the C421, fax Rx is not happening.
    Please suggest any setting to be done in service mode . Machine location is in UAE

      Are you sure that it's a bizhub C421? Here in the US there is black and white bizhub 421, but no C421. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Use correct Fax lead that came with the machine? Just because the cable works with a stand alone fax does not mean it will work with the MFP! Also have you set the area and country?
