    please help...how to resolve planet display only in panel of bizhub c35

          I already disconnect the harddisk but stiil the same problem.

              We have had that, replacing printer control board and running latest firmware fixed it

                  Try flashing the engine & system firmware, you can do this via network so don't need to see the control panel, worth a try!

                      You could try temporary place SSD from another machine and re-write firmware, and then place back original SSD. Fixed the problem for me once...
